    Additional Details:

    Required Skills/Experience:

    • 2 years recent Med Surg and Rehab experience required.
    • Charge RN experience required.

    Special Requests:

    • Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.
    • Cannot work this assignment in conjunction with another permanent placement or travel assignment.
    • Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible.
    • RTO requests after upload will not be approved.
    • All RTO and scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission; the facility will not approve scheduling requests at or after the time of offer or interview, and requests after offer may lead to a rescinded offer.

    Unit Details:

    • Rehabilitation medical-surgical nursing with intensive rehabilitation, focusing on patients recovering from surgery, serious illness, or injury to restore function and independence through physical, occupational, and speech therapies and specialized medical/nursing care, often in an inpatient setting.
    • May be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse.
    • This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement

    Shift & Scheduling:

    • Every other weekend. Holidays required if needed.
    • No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted.
    • On-call requirements: TBD.

    Floating Requirements:

    • May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg and to other units as needed within scope of practice.
