    Additional Details:

    References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to. Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

    Special Requests:

    • Must take a full 6 months off from any Sanford Health or Good Samaritan Society location.
    • Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
    • Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
    • Previous Marshfield employees must have an end date at least 6 months before submission.

    Required Skills/Experience:

    • Elderly experience.

    Unit Details:

    • Nursing home attached to a hospital.
    • Patient population includes dementia, frail elderly, and rehabilitation.
    • Duties include charting, assessments, charge duties, medication administration, IVs, catheterization, and ostomy care.
    • IVs and titratable drips are used on the unit.
    • Uses ECS.

    Shift & Scheduling:

    • Every other weekend.
    • Must be available for at least half of holidays during assignment.
    • No on-call.
