Additional Details:
An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.
Required Skills/Experience: Experience required in an inpatient hospital setting. 1 Year Medical Surgical Rehab experience (a plus but not required). Will consider nurses with an M/S background.
Preferred Credentials: Associate degree preferred.
Unit Details: Primary cases include stroke, trauma, debility, amputation, and cardiac. Patient ratio 1:4-1:6 PM, 1:8 nights.
Shift & Scheduling: 6am-630pm or 6p-630a. Every other weekend and holiday rotation. No on-call requirements. Unit may low census in 4-hour increments and may ask travelers to work only 4 or 8 hours of a shift.
Floating Requirements: Float to all inpatient units as needed. Specialty Floats: ICU, MS, MS/Tele, IMC
