BSN required for international clinicians.

Previous Charge Experience: Preferred
Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
Unit Details:
Bedside procedures include bronchoscopy and thoracentesis.
Adult and geriatric patient population.
Patient population includes COPD, CHF, diabetes mellitus, seizures, sepsis, and other conditions.
Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education as Ballad Health prepares future nurses for the profession; this responsibility is in addition to and alongside clinical care practice in every nursing specialty.
Shift & Scheduling:
36/36, 36/48, and 48/48 schedules are available.
Every other weekend, rotating holidays.
No call.
Floating Requirements:
RNs float to MS with a 1:7 ratio.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
