    Additional Details:

    An interview may not be available prior to offer. At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

    Special Requests:

    • Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.

    Unit Details:

    • Uses Phillips telemetry with monitor tech support; nurses read strips.
    • Common drips: amiodarone, heparin, cardizem, fixed-rate insulin, nitro, dopamine (renal dosing only).
    • No vents, but may receive BiPAP or CPAP.
    • No IV team.
    • 300 unit: surgical, orthopedic, and medical patients; may receive heparin.
    • Main unit: more cardiac-focused, stepdown-type acuity; post-cath, post-pacemaker, post-PCI, TAVR day 1 or greater, CABG day 1 or greater, sepsis, respiratory distress.

    Shift & Scheduling:

    • Every other weekend (4 weekend shifts in a 4-week schedule).
    • Holidays worked with permanent staff rotation.

    Floating Requirements:

    • First to float; must float between the 300 unit and the main unit.
