Additional Details:
You must be willing to float, work weekends, and generally just be very flexible. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: Minimum 2 years MS/Tele/Neuro. Strong neuro required. Interpretation/management of dysrhythmias, CVA, pre/post neuro surgery, spinal cord injuries, and traumatic brain injuries.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Neuro/stroke patient population including CVA, laminectomy, post-craniotomy, and brain injury patients. Common cases include vascular surgeries, multi-level back surgeries, CABG, and ECMO. Will take 4 stroke patients and 1 Med/Surg.
Shift & Scheduling: This unit does not offer straight 3x12 schedules. Travelers can either work an alternating 3x12s and 4x12's every other week, or they can work straight 4x12's. Weekend requirement: Yes. No on-call. Holidays: Yes at least 2 of 3 holidays.
Special Requests: RTO <5 days or add time to end of the contract.
