Failed fit tests due to facial hair and the inability to shave automatically disqualifies clinician from proceeding.
Required Skills/Experience: Minimum 2 years (recent) Telemetry experience required. Preferred Skills/Experience: 4 years of experience preferred. Required Credentials: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing - Required. Telemetry Certification or Telemetry Competency Exam required. CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours. Preferred Credentials: BSN preferred. Unit Details: Tele/Stepdown unit. Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holidays as scheduled are required. No on-call requirement. Floating Requirements: Within facility to like units if needed.
