Additional Details:
Required Credentials: Claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license to receive travel rate. Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Vaccine and Tdap declinations are not accepted. Ascension Pharmacology exam required prior to start; minimum 80% score; only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Specialty exam required prior to first assignment; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score; only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG exam required prior to start; minimum 80% score; only 2 attempts allowed. Cerner test-out and training checklist with signed attestation required.
Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have at least 6 months of separation from Ascension to be considered for a travel position.
Unit Details: Adult cardiopulmonary patients and adult neuro overflow patients. Cardiac telemetry and continuous pulse oximeter capabilities. Supported by PCTs, a healthcare unit coordinator, virtual sitter monitoring, and monitor techs for telemetry patients.
Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. Up to 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule period. Holidays required based on department needs.
