References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
ER profiles must include the size of the facility / # beds and the Trauma Level designation (if any).
Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs.
Required Skills/Experience: Early mobilization, CHG bath.
Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Lab items requested during onboarding must be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract; failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network; must have left in good status if former employee.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Experience with insulin administration, oral suctioning, colostomy/ileostomy management/care, and bowel obstruction patients.
Shift & Scheduling: No call required. Every other weekend.
Floating Requirements: May float to several Med-Surg units and to Providence facilities including Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent based on skill set and staffing needs. If floating consecutive shifts to Seaside, hotel is offered. Facility gives as much notice as possible when floating to Seaside.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
