    Additional Information

    Special Requests: An interview may not be available prior to offer. At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. For positions that require radiation exposure, clinicians are required to purchase their own OSL Luxel dosimeter badge.

    Unit Details: Medical oncology with medical-surgical overflow patients, including CHF, DM, UTI, non-critical sepsis, HTN, and COPD. RN titrates comfort care medicated drips, limited heparin drips, and Cardizem drips (up to 10mg/hr). Common drips include comfort care gtts (narcotic and benzodiazepines), heparin, and Cardizem (up to 10ml/hr). Tele/monitor techs may be available pending approval of position, and RNs read strips. Charge RN support. Nurse aides available; ratio 1:9. CPAP and BiPAP used; no high-flow. Brand new department opening December 10th.

    Shift & Scheduling: Weekend requirement will be based on unit needs/demands. Standby is a standard shift; response time is 1 hour.

    Floating Requirements: Floating will be required to like departments as needed.

    Details:

    AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
