Required Skills/Experience:

• 2 plus yrs current experience.

Preferred Credentials:

• AVADE Level I & II preferred.

Special Requests:

• Must reside 75 miles from facility to be considered.
• Cannot apply to more than one job at a time.
• Travel pairs will not be accepted on the same shift or unit.

Unit Details:

• Adult and geriatric patient population.

Shift & Scheduling:

• 84 hours per two weeks scheduling (one week 3x12, next week 4x12).
• Every other weekend required.

Floating Requirements:

• Floating within scope of practice only; 6040, 6041, Rehab, Transfer Unit, ER Hold.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
