Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have at least 6 months of employment separation to be considered for a travel position. To receive the travel rate, the clinician's claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license.
Required Credentials: Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Pharmacology Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% score, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Medical Surgical Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% score, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% score, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.
Unit Details: Progressive cardiac care unit with medical, cardiac, pre/post CV surgery, arrhythmia, heart failure, and stroke overflow patients.
