An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 2 years of critical care experience

- Previous experience with management of cardiac patients
- Strong telemetry interpretation
- Management of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) including NSTEMI/STEMI
- Experience with post-cardiac catheterization patients
- Care of patient with heart failure (chronic & acute)
- Knowledge of cardiac pharmacology (antiarrhythmics, anticoagulants, vasoactive medications (see list of specific IV infusion medications under Primary Case/Procedure Types)
- Ability to recognize and respond to cardiac deterioration and rapid changes
Required Credentials: BSN or Associates
Shift & Scheduling:
- 0700-1930 or 1900-0730
- On Call/Call Back Requirements:  Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours
- Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Two weekends per month and every other holiday
Floating Requirements: Inpatient units: oncology, neurology, orthopedics, med/surg, IMCU
