Additional Details:
RNs Only: Recent experience at a level 1 trauma center is required.
Sterile Processing Tech only: Must have experience at a similar sized hospital (minimum 400 bed size)
Surgical Technologist only: Must have Level 1 experience or comparable Level 2 experience (in a larger city/large bed size)
You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit & shift at the same facility). Example: if you applied for day shift, you can apply for night shift on the same unit & facility, but you cannot apply for day shift at the same unit & facility.
Unit/Facility Details:
- Cardio Thoracic surgical patients, pre and post CHF, telemetry, vascular, Pulmonary HTN, temporary pacers.
MedSurg:
- Chest tubes
- Tubes
- Drips such as Diltiazem, heparin, Lasix, insulin, or amiodarone
- Lines/Tubes/drains for post-surgical patients
- Trachs/Laryngectomies
- Telemetry
- Complex wounds
- Central Lines – care and maintenance and blood draws
Stepdown:
- Hemodynamic monitoring
- Invasive BP monitoring through arterial lines
- Nitro, primacor, dobutamine, dopamine drips
- Bi-PAP/ C-PAP
- Low dose pressors, vasoactive meds, and inotropes
- Trachs
- Complex wounds
- Lines/ tubes/ drains for post-surgical patients
- External pacers, epicardial wires, TR bands
