Additional Information
Required Skills/Experience:
2 year acute care BMT/Heme experience and chemotherapy administration experience required; would be willing to screen an RN with 1.5 years exp.
Must be comfortable with and have prior experience working in environments with flexible staffing ratios; nurse-to-patient ratios may flex up based on staffing and unit needs.
Special Requests:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Unit Details:
Adult patient population with blood cancers receiving chemo/biotherapies and cellular therapies such as stem cell transplants and CAR-T.
Shift & Scheduling:
Rotating 12-hour day and night shifts on various days: 07:00-19:00 or 19:00-07:00.
Weekend requirement: per unit needs.
No call.
Floating Requirements:
Float between the BMT/Onc and CTU units.
May float to sister facilities based on facility needs (metro region).
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
