Required Skills/Experience: Must have ambulatory, clinic experience. Vascular experience required. REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION: UIHC-Main Campus will only consider candidates who have experience in similar settings (high acuity, fast-paced, level 1 trauma centers); please be sure this experience is outlined in your profile prior to submission.

Unit and facility details: UIHC determines their rates quarterly for all agencies and they are non-negotiable. Please check with your Advocate to confirm whether this position will undergo a rate change during the dates of this assignment.

Shift & Scheduling:

• 5/4, 5/18 start.
• 36-40 hours per week; 8’/10s. Hours between 07-1800.

Other Requirements: 1 Reference must be from the most recent place of employment.
