Additional Details:

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Special Requests:

• RTO must be listed at time of submission.

Required Credentials:

• Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Unit Details:

• Outpatient RN role working in Family Practice.
• Assists with patient care, in-basket work, follow-up on patient needs, POC testing, and immunizations.
• Outpatient clinic role connected to an acute care facility; not a bedside assignment.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Mon-Fri schedule.
• Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:00); 4 day/week 10 hr shifts could be an option.
• No call.

Floating Requirements:

• Will position float between clinics: yes per clinic needs.
