Additional Details:

In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match address on driver's license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

Required Credentials:

• Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
• Ascension Specialty Exam required; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, with only 2 attempts allowed.
• Ascension Core Competencies required; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, with only 2 attempts allowed.
• Ascension EKG Exam required; minimum 80% passing score, with only 2 attempts allowed.
• Epic test-out assessment required.

Special Requests:

• Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week for 12 hour schedules.
• 8 hour shifts, 4 days a week Monday-Friday, with varying start and end times between 0600-1630.
• Call based on department needs; currently averages 1 or 2 weekdays (1700-0600) and every 4th weekend (starting 1700 Friday - 0600 Mon).
• Holidays rotating with regular staff as needed; must work July 4th holiday.

Floating Requirements:

• May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
