Required Credentials:

• No temporary licenses accepted.
• All RNs are required to complete a Cardiac Exam during onboarding. RNs are allowed two attempts and must achieve a minimum score of 80% to pass prior to clearance. ICU and ED RNs will also be required to take an on-site test in addition to the online pre-test.

Unit Details:

• Adult and geriatric cardiac surgical ICU/stepdown population, including cardiac, thoracic, vascular, and other surgical critical care patients.
• Focus on post-operative recovery, including complex invasive hemodynamic monitoring and stepdown recovery after cardiac, thoracic, or vascular surgery.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Holidays as required. Every other weekend.
• Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.

Floating Requirements:

• Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals.
