Required Skills/Experience: Must have prior recent CA Dignity experience.

Special Requests: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job. 2 supervisor references required at submittal; charge references accepted. One reference must be within 12 months and one within 3 years worked. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Candidates may not have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity, within the past year. PRN employment through outside firms will be considered.

Unit Details: 15-20 patients/consults per day. Covers all areas of the hospital; no outpatient or home care. Handles all payers, including uninsured and homeless populations. Completes initial assessments, InterQual review, and discharge planning. Both discharge planning and utilization review are required.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend depending on staffing; at least one full weekend per month. Holidays not required; may work holidays if willing.

Floating Requirements: First to float.
