Required Skills/Experience:

• 2yr MICU with mixed experience including neuro and solid CCU.
• Must have ICU training beyond hands-on orientation to CCU, sepsis, and experience beyond COVID.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
• Community hospital experience is preferred.

Unit Details:

• Adult and geriatric patient population.
• All medical, surgical, neuro, trauma, and cardiac patients meeting critical care criteria.
• ECMO, IABP, Impella, CRRT, EVD, Codman.
• Patient ratio 1:2.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekends and holidays included.

Floating Requirements:

• May float 50% (DOU/PCU, Tele, ER Hold) - Ratios up to 1:4.
• Float required to stepdown.
