Required Skills/Experience:

Must have acute dialysis experience

Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis services provided

Preferred Skills/Experience: Preferred experience with Tablo for hemodialysis and Baxter Amia for peritoneal dialysis.

Shift & Scheduling:

weekends rotate, 5-6 on-call shifts in each 4 week schedule (includes one Sunday 24hr call shift)

Up to 7 call shifts scheduled in one week out of every 4 week schedule (M-Sa 1800-0600, Sunday 0600 x24hrs)

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
