References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Required Skills/Experience: 1 year of experience within the past 3 years must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Required Credentials: Dementia testing will be required prior to start.

Special Requests: Current/previous employees must take a full 6 months off from any Sanford Health and Marshfield Clinic Health System location. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.

Unit Details: Medication aides are available for pill administration. Common diagnoses/patient types include hypertension, diabetes, and residents needing assistance with ADLs/transfers.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Every other holiday; rotates annually. No on call or call back available.
