Required Skills/Experience:
Must have experience with hematology care and coordinating care; outpatient infusion experience as a treatment nurse will also be considered.
Does not need experience with a coordinator role if 4-5 years of Hem/Onc experience.
Heavy triage experience is required.

Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health in a travel, permanent, or per diem role within the last year will not be accepted; they must be separated from the facility for one year to be considered.

Unit Details:
Responsibilities include obtaining authorization for PET scans, responding to patient questions, medication renewals, and FMLA paperwork (administrative).

Shift & Scheduling:
Shifts are scheduled on weekdays, Monday through Friday; no weekends or holidays.
On-call time is not included in the contract hours.
