An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 1-2 years current Home Health and Hospice Experience
• Homecare experience a must

Required Credentials: Associate's Degree or Certificate

Preferred Credentials: Bachelor's Degree

Shift & Scheduling: 8:00-1800; 1- THURS FRI SAT SUN, 1- SAT SUN MON TUES

Floating Requirements: Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Simplifi Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.
