Additional Details:
Required Skills / Experience: Must have recent Hospice exp 2024-25
Unit / Facility Details: Auto Insurance is required
Special Requests: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
Shift & Scheduling: Mainly weekdays but if agreeable may use for after hours and/or weekends
Floating Requirement: Coverage area: up to 60 mile radius.
May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address
