Required Skills/Experience: C-section experience required; Must be proficient in fetal monitoring and the actions taken for fetal distress; Must be able to care for patients with pre-eclampsia; Clinical background in high risk patients; Must be able to function in L&D and couplet care.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirement: 3 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule minimum. Some like to work all weekends and others don't like to work them at all. As long as it's covered, it really doesn't matter to me. Call: one shift per 4 week schedule.

Floating Requirements: May float to ED or MS if experienced; May float to other units of hospital (usually MedSurg) if needed.
