Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Circulating C-sections.
• High-risk LDR experience.

Unit Details:

• Patient ratios: 1:1 high-risk labor c-sections; 1:2 antepartum, PPROM, PTL on mag, PP on mag; 1:3 PP mag no baby, outpatients.
• Uses Alaris pumps, PCA pumps, Monica Novii telemetry, and CPN (GE) monitor.
• Typical procedures include C-sections and inductions; AROM, IUPC, DFM, and Doppler.
• Team nursing approach. OB Hospitalist program provides attending support to the residency program and nurses working triage.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Self-scheduling.
