References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Required Skills/Experience:
1 year of experience within the past 3 years must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Must be able to do admissions and understand the admission process.
Must know how to do transfers, discharges, and fall reporting.

Special Requests:
Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must take full 6 months off from any Sanford Health and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well.
Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Unit Details:
Medication pass occurs at the beginning of each shift.
Day-shift nurses are responsible for all treatments.

Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend and holiday.
No call.
