Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months. At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Cannot be full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI or Dignity. RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13-week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submission.

Unit Details: Uses Matrix/MatrixCare. Ratios: Nurses 1:10 on day, 1:19 nights. Patient population includes heart disease, diabetes, and dementia. Duties include acting as charge, passing meds, and performing wound care. No IVs or titratable drips. No tele monitors. Long-term care only; no rehab beds. After-hours physician availability by phone. Uses oxygen concentrators and portable concentrators.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Every other major holiday. No call. No blocked schedule and no self-scheduling.

Floating Requirements: First to float.
