Unit Details:
Adult and geriatric patient population.
Staffing includes one RN and one medication technician per hall; CNA ratios are 1:8-10 on days and 1:20 on nights.
Bedside shift reporting (BSSR), utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for all RN units.
Responsibilities include admissions, discharges, transfers to the hospital for acute care, clerical work, and calling providers.
Night shift RNs will assume charge duties and could be the only RN in the facility.

Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend rotation and some holidays.
