Special Requests:

• Traveler must have a permanent address more than 100 miles from the hospital.
• No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract.

Shift & Scheduling: 7p-7a

• Added call requirement with contract.
• Holidays as required.

Floating Requirements:

• Must be willing to float from Med/Surg to Observation as needed, plus call.
