Proof of Identification: Drivers License/State ID

Special Requests: You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Floating Requirement: Will support ER hold, overflow units, adult and geriatric psych and inpatient rehab units

Will float to Med Surg, Tele, Surg/Ortho, and/or PCU
