Additional Details:
Preferred Skills/Experience: RN experience with respiratory/vented patients.
Unit and facility details: Nurse responsible for IV starts, Drips, admin Blood, EKGs, Med titrations, glucose monitoring, wound vac changes, complex and simple wound dressings, Trach care, Suctioning, straight Cath, foley care, Port Access, central line dressing, wound measurements
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend is required.
Floating Requirements: Will Float To Like Units (Travelers float first):
- Respiratory Step-Down Unit (Ratios: D/E 1:9 N 1:12)
- MRU/CMU - Medically Complex Rehabilitation with cardiac monitoring (Ratios: D/E 1:7 N 1:9)
- TRU - TBI, Medically complex Chronic Care (Ratios: D/E 1:7-10 N 1:12)
- Hartford Satellite Campus - Medical, Rehab, Respiratory (Ratios: 1:5-8, Average is 6 or 7)
