In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

Required Credentials: Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Pharmacology 1 or 2 exam required. Minimum 80% score. Only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Medical Surgical Exam required. Minimum 80% score. Only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Core Competencies required. Minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score. Only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG Exam required. Minimum 80% score. Only 2 attempts allowed.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Unit Details: Bariatric surgical unit.

Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
