Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Can not apply to any James Cancer Hospital & Research facilities if you have an active application to any of the Ohio State University facilities

Required Skills/Experience: Experience: Must have MS and inpatient hematology oncology experience in checklist (1 year minimum).

Skills Required: • MS/Tele (Medical-Surgical/Telemetry) • Telemetry monitoring • Interpretation of dysrhythmias • Use of Rapid Response Teams • Feeding tube care and management • Blood product administration • Central line blood draw • Peripheral line care/management • PICC line management • Nasal cannula administration • Central line sterile dressing changes • Chemotherapy administration

Preferred Skills/Experience: Heme Onc experience is strongly preferred.

Unit Facility Details: BMT(14 & 15W James) - Oncology / Mixed acuity PCU and MS unit

Shift & Scheduling: If you accept a 12D/N rotating contract, you may be scheduled for days, nights, or a combination of both, depending on the department’s needs. Shift assignments are reviewed every 4-week scheduling period, but changes are not guaranteed and are based on staffing priorities at that time.
