In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on driver's license.

Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

Required Credentials:

• Driver license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
• Ascension Pharmacology exam required prior to start; minimum 80% score; only 2 attempts allowed.
• Ascension Specialty exam required prior to start; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score; only 2 attempts allowed.
• Ascension EKG exam required prior to start; minimum 80% score; only 2 attempts allowed.
• Cerner test-out required.

Special Requests:

• Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles.
• Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Unit Details:

• Cardiac telemetry unit caring for all cardiac needs, including post-op care.
• Level I trauma center serving patients of all ages.
• Supported by PCTs, a healthcare unit coordinator, virtual sitter monitoring, and monitor techs for telemetry patients.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
• Up to 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule period and holidays if the department has a need.

Floating Requirements:

• Required to float to cardiac telemetry and med-surg departments.
