Required Skills/Experience:
If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations.

Unit Details:
Patient ratios are 4:1—50% and 5:1—50%.
The unit cares for medical/surgical overflow and non-acute stroke patients.
RNs are required to titrate drips.
Common titratable or set-rate drips include insulin and pain medications.
The unit uses centralized telemetry; RNs are required to validate telemetry strips.
Equipment includes BiPAP and high flow.

Shift & Scheduling:
Day shift hours are 7a-730p.
Self-scheduling is used, with open shifts to be filled.
Every other weekend is required.
One winter and one summer holiday are required.
The clinician may be placed on standby; there is no call.

For positions that require radiation exposure, clinicians are required to purchase their own OSL Luxel dosimeter badge

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
