Shift & Scheduling:
Shift may be 7am to 7:30 pm or 7pm to 7:30 am.
75% weekends required.
No call.
Floating Requirements:
Float to Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, and CTICU based on HCP experience.
Float to any IMC within the organization, where patient ratios are 1:3.
You will float to SICU, MICU, Neuro ICU, and CICU. You will be expected to care for basic ICU patients in each department, including patients who are sedated, intubated, or on pressors, but you will not care for high-complexity patients such as those requiring CRRT.
Because this is a float pool position, you will need to be flexible with assignments and may take multiple different assignments in the same shift if needed.
