Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.

Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Candidates may not be full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. Block scheduling is generally not approved; weekends-only block scheduling may be considered. Travel pairs requesting the same schedule or planning to share a car are not accepted. RTO must be requested upfront and is limited to 7 days per 13-week contract. Additional RTO will not be approved after submission.

Unit Details: Adults with trauma, cardiac, overdose/substance abuse, sepsis, post-stent, pacemaker placement, stroke, vascular cases, renal failure, heart failure, and respiratory distress. RNs titrate drips, including cardiac drips, insulin, and sedation. Respiratory support ranges from nasal cannula to ventilator care. RNs are required to read, interpret, and document telemetry strips; GE monitors with tele tech oversight.

Shift & Scheduling: Night shift hours are 1830-0630. Travelers are added into the schedule; self-scheduling is for core staff. If placed on call and called back in, must arrive within 30 minutes. Minimum of 2 holidays that fall within the contract. Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday).

Floating Requirements: Typically floats to PCU and occasionally MedSurg, taking the usual ratios on those units (1:4 or 1:5).
