Additional Details:

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: LDRP experience required.

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility. RTO restrictions: Based upon request. Pets are not allowed in facility-provided housing.

Unit Details: Neonate, infant, adolescent, and adult patient population. Staffing ratio days: 1; nights: 1.

Shift & Scheduling: Day (07:00 - 19:00) or night (19:00 - 07:00). No call. Weekend coverage required. Flexible contract hours: 60 hours per 2 weeks.
