Additional Details:
In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match address on driver's license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.
Required Credentials: Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Cerner test-out and training checklist with signed attestation required. Ascension Pharmacology 1 or 2 exam required prior to start; minimum 80% score with only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Specialty Exam required prior to start; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score with only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG Exam required prior to start; minimum 80% score with only 2 attempts allowed.
Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have at least 6 months of separation from Ascension to be considered for a travel position.
Unit Details: Busy labor and delivery unit with OB ED and antepartum areas; Level III NICU.
Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. Every other weekend. Holiday commitment.
Floating Requirements: May occasionally float to like unit, such as mother/baby.
