Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. Manager may or may not interview. Clinician must be okay with this. If clinician has questions, please email the AM. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: High risk L&D - Must have high risk experience. Must have 1 prior travel assignment. Circulate, FHM, preceptor and/or charge.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Triage experience preferred.
Required Credentials: C-EFM must be through NCC. For DC locations – You must have DC license in hand, but certain units accept pending (see JD). MedStar will usually accept a later booking date if you have applied for DC licensure. For MD locations – You must have compact license or MD license.
Shift & Scheduling: Call required - 36hrs in 6 weeks or 12 hrs per pay-period (must be on premises within 45 mins of receiving call). Every other weekend required. Every other holiday required.
Floating Requirements: Float required within skillset - Mom/Baby, postpartum, etc.
