Special Requests:

• Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.
• RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13-week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.

Unit Details:

• Patients are more than 35 weeks in labor and mom/baby couplets.
• Titrates antepartum/labor drips including magnesium, oxytocin, LR, and Zofran; postpartum medications/drips include prenatal vitamin, ibuprofen, acetaminophen, Percocet, and Toradol.
• Neonatal vent support includes CPAP, BiPAP, and high flow.
• EFM system: OB TraceVue.
• Rural hospital with limited services; NICU is more than 1 hour away.
• Surgery is in charge of C-sections; the RN circulates for the baby.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Day/night rotate, 7-7.
• Every third weekend.
• Holidays as needed.
• Block scheduling.

Floating Requirements:

• Floating to MSP/ED for helping hands, mostly sitting 1:1 with patients.
