Additional Details:

Required skills/experience: Must be experienced in circulating and the following surgeries: ortho, spine, and neuro- (checklist should indicate performs independently). Must have 4-5 years OR RN or combined OR experience. RN who can scrub – especially strong in complex neuro, spine, ortho. Circulate experience is required.

Preferred skills/experience: Scrub experience is highly preferred. Would prefer OR RN’s who can scrub neuro, spine, vascular and orthopedics – in conjunction to being comfortable with DiVinci robotic cases.

Shift & schedule requirements: Variable hours based on need - 7a, 9:30a, 1pm with on-call, rotating weekends, and holidays. On call is at least 1 weekend per month. 30 min report time.

Floating requirements: Client may float or reassign Personnel to a different department, unit, or facility (within 30 miles of the Personnel’s originally assigned facility) within the Personnel’s clinical competence.

Special request requirements: Time off requests must be kept to a minimum during your assignment and must be approved prior to confirmation. Mandatory Overtime: During Personnel’s assignment with Client, he or she is considered part of the unit and will be included as part of the rotation pool of staff (i.e., Client employees and Personnel) who are required to work additional hours on an as-needed basis to ensure coverage for the unit.
