Additional Details:

Required Credentials: State license or proof of an application pending approval is required before requesting interviews. Compact license not accepted. Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam, Prime Basic Rhythm Interpretation Screening, Prime Core Competencies Exam, and Prime Specialty Exam required; must score 80% or higher.

Preferred Credentials: Flu shot is strongly recommended.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Open Heart experience preferred.

Unit Details: Provides peri-operative care for neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and older adults; coordinates care with the surgeon and anesthesiologist and directs OR technicians and other personnel.

Special Requests: No block scheduling requests. Any special scheduling requests must be made with manager upon arrival at the facility.

Shift & Scheduling: On-call: Monday-Friday 1530-0700 when scheduled; Saturday-Sunday 0700-0700 when scheduled.
