Required Skills/Experience:

• Operating Room Nurse Manager 5+ years.

• Strong understanding of Current AORN Guidelines and evidenced based practice Leading results for KPI: Turnaround times and First case on time starts TJC and DOH survey experienced. Regulatory preparedness focused. New project roll-outs and sustained compliance Managing in a collective bargaining department UKG/Kronos/Workday/staff scheduling Can provide direct care for pts in OR.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Prefer CNOR Experience as OR leader and trauma experience. HRO trained—-would be nice.

Special Requests: Possibility of temp to perm.

Shift & Scheduling: Days of the week depends on department needs, will be call resource for troubleshooting. No weekends or holidays.
