Required Credentials: Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80%, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Pharmacology Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% score, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Medical Surgical Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% score, 2 attempts allowed. Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position. In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license.
