Required Skills/Experience: IV start and telemetry required.

Special Requests: RNs only - Clinicians who obtained RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold MO/IL/Compact license require extended licensing and compliance timeframe. No medical marijuana cards accepted. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Patient ratios: 1:5-6 for days and weekends, 1:6 for nights.

Shift & Scheduling: BJC policy: Every other weekend required. Every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule minimum (weekend = Saturday/Sunday); plus holiday rotation obligation. No call required. No more than 7 days of RTO per 13 week contract.

Floating Requirements: Will float within scope to meet facility needs to all medical units, including medical, surgical, renal, oncology, neuro, and cardiology units. If pre-assigned to a particular unit for any part of the contract, the timeframe will be communicated. Workers who remain in the float pool are asked to call in to a recorded line up to 1 hour before the scheduled shift start time to receive their unit assignment for that shift.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
