Required Skills/Experience:

• Telemetry monitoring.

Required Credentials:

• Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited educational institute.
• NYS nursing license registration and NYS copy of physical license/diploma required for submission.
• Individual professional liability coverage is mandatory for the assignment duration; only individual malpractice insurance is accepted by the facility.

Special Requests:

• If you have previously worked at an NYCHH facility, update your employment dates on your profile and contact your Advocate with your NYCHH supervisor's name to speed up your application.
• All time off and special requests should be discussed directly with managers upon arrival; no pre-approval.
• Clinicians must start assignments within 30 days of receiving an offer.
• Clinician must complete the Additional Skills section of the resume with a detailed description of patient populations and procedures worked for each work history.

Unit Details:

• Providing direct and individualized bedside nursing care to pre- and post-surgery patients.

Shift & Scheduling:

• No on-call required.
• Overtime is not allowed at NYCHH facilities; written manager approval is required in rare cases.
