Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details: Infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population.

Shift & Scheduling: 12hr variable start time between 0900-1100 M-F, plus an average of 6 on-call shifts over a six week schedule period (on-call is a blend of weeknights 2330-0800 and 12hr weekend 0800-2000/2000-0800).
