Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Manager may or may not interview. Clinician must be okay with this. If Clinician has questions, please email the AM.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience:

• ICU experience
• Pediatric PACU, Phase I, Phase II recovery, and Pre-post experience required

Required Credentials:

• For MD Locations – You must have compact license or MD license.
• Must pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam for clearance, achieving at least an 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms

Shift & Scheduling:

• 1300-2330 & 1900-0730
• Call required: possibly 5-6 per six week period - Day/Evening
• Weekend Shifts: 2 weekends per 6 weeks

Floating Requirements:

• Float to cover ICU required
